CANCELLATION POLICY
These conditions describe how to make the cancellations
If you cancel your reservation up to 15 days before the arrival date, no charges will be made. Deposit will be returned or the amount of the payment and signal of the first night will be stored in the deposit according to your convenience.
If you cancel your reservation after 15 days before the arrival date, the payment and signal will be lost.
If you are not present at the establishment, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Terms of deposits
They define the conditions for deposits and payments in advance.
The hotel will charge the first night of the reservation. The rest will be paid when leaving the hotel.
It will not be considered reserved until the confirmation of the reservation of the hotel arrives.
